Is it safe to get a massage in the first trimester?

Yes absolutely! As long as your doctor has not deemed your pregnancy high risk or at-risk then it is safe to get a massage in the first trimester.

Do I have to disclose my trauma to you?

No you do not! We do not have to talk at all if you aren’t comfortable. I will just hold space for you and your bodily healing.

What age encompasses your infant/pediatric bodywork?

Birth to 17! I see all ages for bodywork, it just looks different with different ages.

What if I want my child to get a massage but they don’t want to?

I will not massage any child who does not want to get a massage. I always work with the child’s consent.
